Co-founder
Blair Cook CPA, MBA
Blair has been a career financial executive and corporate director. He has led the finance function through turnarounds, start-ups, and growth phases—each presenting its own challenges.
His deep grounding in accounting, finance, and leadership theory meets years of applied practice. Blair works with individuals and organizations at that intersection to create meaningful value.
Through courses, programs, and one-to-one executive coaching, he helps finance leaders realize their potential and equips organizations to thrive in a dynamic marketplace.

Jennifer Nicholson CPA, CA
Jennifer is a dynamic financial professional with more than 30 years of leadership experience in public practice, academia, and industry.
She brings broad experience in operations, strategic planning, business development, finance, accounting, investor relations, human resources, and project management.
Jennifer is passionate about making finance attainable—articulating strategy in a financial context, bringing clarity to communication, and teaching the next generation.
